Texas Trust expands to Midlothian
Arlington-based Texas Trust Credit Union has opened its newest branch in Midlothian, its 16th North Texas location and its first in Midlothian.
The new branch is a result of a merger between Texas Trust and Midlothian-based TrustUS Federal Credit Union. Texas Trust retained all of TrustUS employees in the partnership. The combined credit union will have assets in excess of $950 million and more than 80,000 members, making it the 19th largest credit union in Texas and the 280th largest in the United States.
Texas Trust renovated the 2,145-square-foot building at 201 E. Avenue G, at the corner of N. 10th St. in downtown Midlothian.
The branch, managed by Doris Standford, employs six, has one drive-up teller lane and a walk-up ATM. The credit union offers online and mobile banking, credit and debit cards, an in-house loan department for home and auto loans, investment products and services, and an international surcharge-free ATM network. The credit union also offers an independent insurance agent and small business financial services, including SBA lending.

Texas Trust serves the residents and businesses of Dallas, Tarrant and Henderson counties and parts of Ellis and Johnson counties with 16 branches located in Mansfield, Grand Prairie, Arlington, Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Hurst, Midlothian and Athens.
