Valliance Bank will celebrate the grand opening of its newly renovated Near Southside location at 1560 W. Magnolia Ave. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, July 15. Breakfast and refreshments will be served following the ceremony. Near Southside is one of Fort Worth’s most vibrant neighborhoods and has grown dramatically over the last two decades. The district molds together a state-of-the-art medical district, a growing group of small businesses and residential properties to offer an urban mixed-use community.
“This move allows for easier accessibility for our Fort Worth customers while strengthening our connection to the community we serve,” Valliance Bank Fort Worth Market President Chad Kerr said. “We’re excited to welcome our customers into a space designed to better serve their needs and to continue investing in the growth and success of Near Southside.”
Valliance Bank purchased the 4,088-square-foot building in spring 2025 and completed an extensive renovation to create a customer-focused banking experience. Improvements include a fully remodeled interior, an updated teller line and a resurfaced parking lot. The new location also offers the added convenience of a drive-thru in the north parking lot.
The new location replaces the bank’s former downtown Fort Worth location at 410 W 7th St. “We’re proud to be part of this vibrant community and invite everyone to stop by, tour the new location and celebrate with us,” Kerr said.
