Woodhaven Bank will take on the Pinnacle Bank name and change the names of its eight branches to Pinnacle Bank on April 9.
Woodhaven Bank was acquired by Pinnacle Bank in 2015.
Included as a part of Woodhaven Bank are Mansfield Community Bank, Mercantile Bank and Ridglea Bank. Those branches will all become Pinnacle Bank.
Woodhaven Bank customers will have access to expanded resources, including Pinnacle Bank’s branches and ATMs in Texas, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming.
With the addition of Woodhaven Bank’s eight branches, Pinnacle Bank, Texas will have 21 branches located in Arlington, Azle, Benbrook, Burleson, Cleburne, Colleyville, Fort Worth, Joshua, Keene, Mansfield, Rhome and Springtown. All Woodhaven Bank locations will continue with their same hours.

“We are excited to enrich the banking experience for all our Texas customers with expanded locations,” said Peter G. Bennis, president of Pinnacle Bank, Texas. “Our focus will continue to be on strong customer relationships and community involvement.”
The employees at each Woodhaven Bank branch will remain the same after the banks combine. In addition, the bank will continue to be managed under the community banking model of local decision-making.
“We look forward to working with customers as Pinnacle Bank,” said Woodhaven Bank Chairman and CEO Ron Casey. “Our customers remain our top priority and they will continue to receive the same quality service they know and expect from us.”
