Woodhaven Bank to take on Pinnacle Bank name

Woodhaven Bank will take on the Pinnacle Bank name and change the names of its eight branches to Pinnacle Bank on April 9.

Woodhaven Bank was acquired by Pinnacle Bank in 2015.

Included as a part of Woodhaven Bank are Mansfield Community Bank, Mercantile Bank and Ridglea Bank. Those branches will all become Pinnacle Bank.

Woodhaven Bank customers will have access to expanded resources, including Pinnacle Bank’s branches and ATMs in Texas, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming.

With the addition of Woodhaven Bank’s eight branches, Pinnacle Bank, Texas will have 21 branches located in Arlington, Azle, Benbrook, Burleson, Cleburne, Colleyville, Fort Worth, Joshua, Keene, Mansfield, Rhome and Springtown. All Woodhaven Bank locations will continue with their same hours.

On April 9, Pinnacle Bank’s ATMs will be available to Woodhaven Bank customers for withdrawals and deposits free of charge.

The employees at each Woodhaven Bank branch will remain the same after the banks combine. In addition, the bank will continue to be managed under the community banking model of local decision-making.
