This course will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, at Estilo Gaucho, located at 8650 State Highway 121 in Frisco. The cost of this course is $295 and includes all wines to be tasted, study materials, administration and exam fees.
This level 1 course offers a well-rounded introduction to wine, focusing on wine tasting technique, major wines of the world, and food and wine pairing principles.
Consider this class if you are relatively new to wine and would like to expand your knowledge and move to the next level.
The class consists of a total of 6 hours of teaching and tasting and a multiple-choice exam at the end of the course.
