It’s never too early for Tarrant County high school students to start thinking about summer internships and work experience. The 2025 application for Bank of America’s Student Leaders paid internship program is now open through January 15.
Selected students will participate in an eight-week paid internship at a local nonprofit organization to learn first-hand about the needs of our community and the critical role nonprofits play. They will also attend an all-expense paid leadership summit in Washington, D.C. to learn how government, business and the nonprofit sector work together to address critical community needs.
Since 2004, Student Leaders® has been part of the bank’s ongoing commitment to advance youth employment and economic mobility, helping prepare a pipeline of community-minded young students to be successful in the workforce through leadership training and work experience.
The students hail from many backgrounds, but are united by their drive and commitment. Through paid internships with local nonprofits and participation in a national leadership summit, they gain practical work and life experience.
