Colonial Pro-Am
MetLife is bringing the PGA TOUR Performance Center experience direct to Colonial Pro-Am
Players by offering them professional instruction, massage therapy and healthy snacks before they
tee off. Two Performance Center instructors (Mike Shannon & Andrew Lanahan) will be on hand
providing Pro-Am players with putting and chipping demonstrations, hands on instruction and
personalized short game tips much in the same manner in which the Performance Center works
with TOUR pros. Demonstrations at 7:45 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. at the
practice putting and chipping green by #10 tee box.

10:30 a.m. – 12 noon. fans at the tournament can join the Lockheed Martin Care Packaging Day in
the Heroes Tent on the 17th Fairway. Volunteers, including several PGA TOUR players, will assemble
500 care packages that will be sent to active military stationed abroad.

First Responders Retreat First Financial Bank
Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price proclaims this day is “First Responders’ Day in Fort Worth”.
For the third consecutive year, First Financial Bank invites more than 300 area first responders (police,
fire and emergency medical) and their guests to a special day of golf and entertainment in a private
“retreat” on the 17th fairway.
At 11:30 a.m. Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price will join the first responders to read an official
proclamation proclaiming May 24, 2018 is First Responders’ Day in Fort Worth.

treated to the VIP experience at the Fort Worth Invitational in the private Patriots Outpost venue on #17
fairway.
