 Does your child love baseball and science? The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation will be hosting the Texas Rangers Science of Baseball (STEM) Programpresented by Capital One.

The camp promotes the connections between baseball and Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) topics with hands-on activities and field trips (including displaying projects at Globe Life Park in Arlington). The flyer said that the camp will align with both Math Standards and Next Generation Science Standards. 

The news release said that it is a two-week camp that starts on July 31 and ends week one on August 2. Week 2 will start on August 7 and end on August 9. The camp will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Texas Rangers MLB Youth Academy and is for girls and boys from fourth through seventh grade.

The application for the camp can be obtained and submitted by emailing Stephanie Gaywood atsgaywood@texasrangers.com and will be limited to the first 50 applicants. Registration closes on July 24.
