Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) has announced the sale of Texas Star Business Center, a 78,418-square foot industrial property located in Euless, according to Tim A. Speck, division manager in the firm’s Dallas office.
Adam Abushagur, industrial specialist and senior vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Abushagur.
“We assisted the buyer in acquiring their first industrial property in the Dallas-Fort Worth market,” said Abushagur. “Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, we were able to manage buyer uncertainty and maintain an on-time closing date,” he added.
Texas Star Business Center is located at 1118 South Airport Circle in Euless. The subject property is situated on 4.69 acres of land and was built in 1984.
