The Fort Worth Economic Development Partnership has launched a new website designed to showcase Fort Worth and the surrounding areas as a premier location for new and expanding businesses.
The website serves as a “hub of information” with key facts about the Fort Worth area, including statistics on the region’s business and industry, workforce and talent as well as cultural and lifestyle attractions, the Fort Worth EDP said in a news release. The website also features information about the organization’s leadership, investors and economic development services.
“We are thrilled to unveil our new website,” said Robert Allen, president and CEO of the Fort Worth EDP. “Our goal was to create a digital destination that promotes Fort Worth as a premier business location, complementing the economic development efforts of our partners at the City of Fort Worth. This website also reflects our commitment to great customer service as inspired by the spirit of Fort Worth.”
Fort Worth is the 13th largest city in the U.S. with more than 960,000 residents, ranking among the nation’s fastest-growing areas and projected to reach a population of 1.2 million by 2045. The Fort Worth-Arlington real gross domestic product in 2023 was $137.6 billion and is expected to expand by 3.26% annually over the next five years, according to The Perryman Group.
The Fort Worth EDP said the strong growth rates “combined with an unparalleled mix of a strong business climate, large amounts of developable land, and a pipeline of highly educated talent position Fort Worth as a prime location for transformative development.”
“Fort Worth is rapidly becoming the most dynamic city in the U.S.,” said Mike Berry, president of Hillwood and chairman of the Fort Worth EDP board. “The next decade will yield explosive growth and development opportunities. We must be positioned to strategically manage that growth and attract industries and businesses that will significantly enhance and diversify our economy. The Fort Worth EDP will play a critical role in developing and executing that strategy.”
The EDP’s website and branding were designed and created in close collaboration with Fort Worth-based Schaefer Advertising Co., the news release said.
The Fort Worth Economic Development Partnership is a privately funded nonprofit whose mission is to promote the Fort Worth region to fuel economic growth and development. More information can be found on the Fort Worth EDP website.
