| Additional Details: | From the Artist: Where I come from, “Ballet” is not a form of art that is well known. When I moved to Dallas, I fell in love with this type of dancing. The “Ballerinas” inspired these pieces and the style in which I painted them. Through the colors I chose and the strokes I make for each, I wanted to convey movement, energy, and strength- all characteristics of a culture I love. |
