April Sealy promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Fort Worth-based credit solutions provider

A seasoned leader with twelve years of experience at Elevate, Sealy has been instrumental in shaping the company’s culture. Previously, Sealy served the Fort Worth-based company as Executive Vice President, Administration.

In addition to ensuring commitment to transparency and collaboration across the organization, Sealy will continue oversee the day-to-day human resource functions, facilities management, and internal communication. “April leads with authenticity, thoughtfulness and genuine commitment to our people and our culture, said Jason Harvison,” President & CEO at Elevate. “She will continue to shape our people strategy with leaders across the organization and make Elevate a place where people can do their best work.” Before joining Elevate, Sealy held senior roles at Think Finance, Citi and HSBC. She recently completed the Wharton School Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Program at the University of Pennsylvania. She’s also a community volunteer with Tarrant Area Food Bank and Girls Inc. of Tarrant County.
