Grapevine, TX — May 13, 2026 — EPI, a leading commercial foodservice equipment rep, today announced the completion of a merger agreement with Burlis-Lawson Group (BLG), a well-established foodservice rep headquartered in Lenexa, Kansas. The merger unites two respected organizations and extends EPI’s footprint into Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska and Southern Illinois. The combined company will leverage EPI’s operational systems and infrastructure alongside BLG’s decades of regional expertise and deep manufacturer, consultant, dealer and end-user relationships.

The merged organization will operate across an expanded Central territory with plans to integrate teams, systems, and customer relationships in the months ahead. The merger with be finalized June 30, 2026. Both leadership teams will remain actively involved in the business.
