You’ll practice everything from searing and braising to cooking chickpeas and making custard,” the Sur La Table website reads. “Plus, we’ll show you easy techniques for butchering poultry and break out the KitchenAid to magically transform cucumbers into ribbons.”
SLT’s Night Out: The Spice Market class is $85 per person and will take place from 7-9 p.m. Saturday, April 28.

— Chicken and Preserved Lemon Tagine with Olives
— Milk Pudding with Crushed Arabic Coffee and Pistachios
