Fort Worth’s Buxton takes home Stevie Award

Fort Worth-based Buxton received a Stevie Award in the “Most Innovative Company of the Year” category in the 2014 American Business Awards. The award category honors companies with up to 2,500 employees. “This award is a testament to the creativity and dedication of our team, who enable us to lead our industry with solutions that help clients succeed,” said Tom Buxton, founder and chief executive officer of Buxton. More than 3,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and from every industry were submitted for consideration in categories including, Management Team of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year and Executive of the Year, among others. –Betty Dillard bdillard@bizpress.net
