Fort Worth’s Central Library is located at the intersection of Third and Lamar, two blocks west and two blocks south of the Tarrant County Courthouse). The library is accessible via bus routes 1, 4, 10 and 46.
Two and half hours of free parking is available at two nearby garages: 3rd Street Garage at 3rd & Taylor and City Place North Garage, at the corner of Belknap and Taylor streets. Tickets from both garages can be validated at the library’s circulation desk.
Additional parking is available at city meters, which are free after 6 p.m., and at pay garages and lots in the area.
