Sur la Table invites all to come learn how to make homemade festive French macarons this weekend.
The class will be offered Sunday, Dec. 4, from 9 a.m. to noon for $69 per person.
“These colorful French confections can be tricky to make, but after you master techniques from meringue making to macaronage, you’ll love creating your own scrumptious macarons at home,” the website reads.
The menu will include:
— Peppermint Macaron with White Chocolate Ganache
— and Pistachio Macarons with Kirsch Buttercream
“Our instructor will share the secrets for incorporating seasonal flavors, piping with precision, and even achieving the perfect pied (foot),” the website reads. “Plus, we’ll explore fillings like flavored buttercreams and ganaches so you can create your own tasty variations for the holidays.”
Students will receive a coupon for 10 percent off in-store purchases the day of class.
