Infant Events at the Amon Carter

Wondering what to do with your infants this weekend? The Amon Carter Museum is holding 3 different Itty-Bitty Art events. All 3 events are from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. June 17. The programs are for infants up to 11 months old.

Itty-Bitty Art: Play is a play session focusing how infants like to play and its impact on your infant’s brain. The session is led by an early childhood specialist, Audrey Rowland.

According to the Amon Carter’s website, the Itty-Bitty Art: Creative Movement program is led by Sarah Newton and focuses on using the body as a way of expression and exploration of ideas and emotions.

The third program Amon Carter is offering this weekend is Itty-Bitty Art: Infant Massage. This is a program led by a licensed massage therapist, Brandi Cline, and teaches participants how to massage their infants to help them with relaxation.

According to their website, these programs are in the Itty Bitty Art series that the Amon Carter offers every month of the third Saturday of that month.
