Keystone Automotive has leased more than 231,000 square feet in Flower Mound for its new flagship distribution and operations center.

“This is great news for Flower Mound, as it has been a top priority of the town to add employment opportunities,” saif Mayor Pro Tem Jean Levenick in a news release.

“As we continue to add jobs, we are also strengthening our growing number of retailers and restaurants,” Levenick said.

The Keystone building, developed and owned by Exeter Property Group, is at 351 Lakeside Parkway. It will feature a conference and training room, which will seat more than 130 people. Keystone expects to move in on Oct. 1.

The Lakeside Business District is a 1,500-acre, master-planned development about three miles north of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. More information about Keystone Automotive is available at www.keystoneautomotive.com.
