Hopdoddy Burger Bar will open its fifth Dallas-Fort Worth location Monday, May 7, at Glade Parks in Euless, a news release announced.
The burger joint is known for its handcrafted burgers featuring farm-to-table ingredients with patties ground daily and buns made fresh, in house. In addition to burgers, Hopdoddy serves salads and handspun milkshakes, and offers a full bar.
Hopdoddy Glade Parks will be the first location in the metroplex to roll out several new food and dessert items including:
— The Breakfast Burger, available all day, made with an angus beef, breakfast sausage and ham patty, all-natural American cheese, scrambled eggs, potato hay and Applewood smoked bacon on a house made brioche bun.
— A new “shareables” section featuring combinations of Hopdoddy’s infamous Kennebec and sweet potato fries from Parmesan Truffle to Hot Honey and Sage.
— New shake selections include S’Mores, Bananas Foster, Vanilla Birthday Cake and more.
Behind the bar, Hopdoddy will be mixing new cocktails, like the 3 Whiskey L.I.T. and the Sparkling Pamplejousse in addition to selections from local breweries like Revolver Brewing and Peticolas Brewing Company on tap and a knowledgeable staff to guide pairings.
