“We see the DFW Metroplex as a multi-unit DMA (designated market area) based on the sheer volume of residents the area contains,” Melting Pot Franchise Growth Strategist Collin Benyo said. “By utilizing many tools to understand the true reach of our current locations, we are more suited now to fully understand our reach than ever before. The goal is to identify areas we are not currently serving while limiting the impact of growth to our existing locations.”
Along with two locations in the Metroplex, the company has restaurants in Houston, Austin, San Antonio and El Paso.
