Morris Hired as Director of Human Resources for Employee-Owned Companies, Inc.

Irving, Texas – Employee-Owned Companies, Inc. (E-O-C, Inc.) the holding company that owns and operates Vermeer Texas-Louisiana and Compact Construction Equipment, Inc. has hired Monica Morris as Director of Human Resources.

Morris comes to Employee-Owned Companies, Inc. with a wealth of Human Resources experience across a variety of industries. Monica has more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience, as a Human Resources Director, HRIS Implementation Consultant and Recruiter. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from Texas Women’s University in Denton, TX as well as a Bachelor’s of Science – Human Resource Development from Clemson University in Clemson, SC. She is a member of Society of Human Resource Management and the North Texas Women’s Soccer Association.

Morris will lead strategic planning and compliance for the Human Resources department at E-O-C, Inc. She will have a strong focus on talent acquisition, management training and talent development. Monica will also be driving expansion of the company’s presence in their local markets as an employer of choice.
