New Arlington regional director for United Way

Regina Williams

United Way of Tarrant County has named Regina Williams, Vice President of Community Investment, as the organization’s new Arlington Regional Director effective immediately.

In her new role as Vice President of Community Investment and Arlington Regional Director, Williams will direct, coordinate and supervise volunteer-driven community initiatives, processes and activities and integrate them with the organization’s mission.

“Regina is a dynamic leader dedicated to working on behalf of the Arlington community and those in need,” TD Smyers, president and CEO of United Way of Tarrant County, said in a news release. “We are confident she will build on the great work already underway in Arlington.”

Williams will continue to oversee United Way of Tarrant County’s Mission United, a military and veterans outreach and services initiative. Under her leadership, Mission United’s new TXServes-North Texas program served more than 1,500 veterans, active duty military members and their families in 26 North Texas counties in its first six months.
