Banking & Finance PlainsCapital Bank in Fort Worth welcomes Bond Malone as vice president, senior wealth administrator. He is responsible for providing the ongoing administration of trust and investment accounts for existing clients and working with clients, their attorneys and other professional advisers to structure and develop new trust business. Malone has more than seven years of experience in the wealth management and trust industry. He previously served as a trust adviser at Wells Fargo Private Bank and BBVA Compass Bank. Prior to that, he served as an examiner at Financial Industry Regulatory Authority where he was responsible for auditing broker-dealers to determine compliance with investment industry rules and requirements. Lauren Lively has been appointed chief operating officer of Cathedral Capital Inc. Lively has more than six years of administration experience. Previously, she served as the department assistant to administration at the Amon Carter Museum of American Art. Prior to that, Lively was the executive assistant to the director and chief curator at the Aspen Art Museum. Other past work experience includes event coordination and small business administration management.

Health Care Lisa Ostrowski has joined DermOne Dermatology Centers, bringing her expertise in skin care to patients in DermaOne’s Grand Prairie and Arlington offices. A native Texan from the Gulf Coast, Ostrowski began a medical career in 1986 that has included work in pediatrics, OB/GYN, nephrology/dialysis and emergency medicine. First Choice Emergency Room named Dr. Trudy Fedorko the medical director of the Mansfield facility. Fedorko received her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center and completed her family practice residency at Dallas Family Hospital. She is board-certified in emergency medicine and has more than 20 years of experience practicing emergency medicine. Prior to joining First Choice, Fedorko served as the medical director of Methodist Mansfield Medical Center and Methodist Charlton Medical Center Emergency Departments.

Honors & Awards The 2014 Senior Spirit Awards from Senior Citizen Services went to Larry Anfin, Carlton Lancaster Legacy Award; Tarrant County Master Gardener Association, Evelyn Siegel Vision Award; former Speaker of the House James “Jim” C. Wright Jr., Mae Cora Peterson Healthy Aging Award; and John Giordano, President’s Award for Service. Fort Worth Independent School District volunteer Michael W. Johnston is among 15 people recognized by the State Board of Education with the Heroes for Children Award. Johnston, a founding partner of Johnston Legal Group PC, volunteers at I.M. Terrell Elementary and R.L. Paschal High Schools. He was nominated by Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price and in his 10-year partnership with FWISD he remains active on the parent-teacher organizations, the site-based management teams and is responsible for implementing a reading/mentor program. Russ Webb, managing partner at Silver Oak Commercial Realty, received the President’s Award from the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce for his dedication, service, and economic development causes in Flower Mound. The Asian American Contractors Association of Texas presented Stacy Beeson with the 2014 Juno Award. This award is presented annually to the female leader most supportive of minority- and women-owned business enterprises. Beeson is the fair contracting program administrator for the Trinity River Vision Authority. The International Downtown Association recognized Sundance Square with a Downtown Pinnacle Award for its work and initiatives related to the new plaza. Texas Christian University earned the No. 20 spot in the nation on The Princeton Review’s list of the 2015 Top Entrepreneurial Programs: Undergraduate. This is the fourth year that TCU has ranked in the top 25 for entrepreneurship studies. No other Dallas-Fort Worth university is ranked. The Association of Zoos & Aquariums granted accreditation to SEA LIFE Grapevine Aquarium. To be accredited, SEA LIFE Grapevine underwent a thorough review to ensure it has and will continue to meet rising standards, which include animal care, veterinary programs, conservation, education and safety. AZA requires zoos and aquariums to complete the accreditation process every five years in order to be members of the association.

Law Mattie J. Parker, a 2012 graduate of Texas Wesleyan School of Law, has become an associate at Harris, Finley & Bogle PC. For the past decade, Parker has worked on the staffs of United States and Texas representatives and has been involved in national and state politics. Most recently, she served as district director, staff counsel and campaign manager for Congresswoman Kay Granger in Fort Worth. In addition, she has worked as the chief of staff to State Rep. Phil King and as executive assistant to former Texas House Speaker Tom Craddick in Austin.
