NOV0 1 of Fort Worth announced Tuesday it plans to hire 550 customer service representatives locally. The company said the new hires are needed to keep pace with the company’s 30 percent annual growth rate. NOVO 1’s Fort Worth location is at 4301 Cambridge Rd, just south of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. “We’re looking for people who are friendly, energetic and engaging over the phone to handle inbound customer service calls,” said Cathy Graham, human resources manager, in a news release. “Positions are available for licensed and non-licensed health insurance advisor positions and general customer service representatives. Key job qualifications are excellent critical thinking and communication skills, including verbal, computer and written. Preference is given to those with prior experience with prescription drug plans, Medicare or medical terminology, but we provide training for applicants without that experience.” NOVO 1 provides contact center solutions for a variety of clients.
