The board also announced Susan R. Mulder as Miller’s successor. Mulder is CEO of Nic & Zoe Co., a privately held woman’s apparel company. Prior to joining Nic & Zoe, Mulder served as a senior partner with McKinsey & Co., where she spent 15 years working with retail and consumers clients.
