Sur La Table’s Fresh Mexican Cooking class is $75 per person and will take place from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, July 21.
The menu for the afternoon will include:
— Homemade Tortillas
— Chicken Tinga Tostadas with Refried Beans and Mexican Crema
— Charred Tomato Chilaquiles with Queso Fresco
Class Description: Tortillas—not just for tacos anymore! Get hands-on practice making fresh tortillas and use them in a variety of dishes, including tostadas and chilaquiles. Plus, you’ll get the 411 on Mexican ingredients and create a side dish that might just take center stage.
