Silver Oak Commercial Realty is pleased to announce the successful sale of a commercial building located at 5801 Davis Blvd, North Richland Hills, Texas. Previously operating as a bank, the 6,664-square-foot building sits on a 1.14-acre parcel along heavily traveled Davis Blvd.
The property was sold by Bank of the West and purchased by Christ Wesleyan Church, a local congregation that plans to repurpose the space for their worship services.
The transaction was brokered by LeAnn Brown and Russ Webb of Silver Oak Commercial Realty, who represented the buyer.
