The Speedy Seafood class will take place from 10 a.m. to noon Sunday, March 4, for $85 per person.
The menu for the class includes:
— Mussels in White Wine, Shallots and Leeks
— Grilled Shrimp with Lemon Zest Risotto
— and Seared Scallops with Tarragon Butter Sauce
In these 2-2.5 hour classes, students work with professional chef instructors to make interesting dishes sure to delight.
Classes fill at 16 students and participants work together in groups of four. Students will also receive a coupon for 10 percent off in-store purchases the day of class.
