Sur La Table’s Croissants from Scratch class is $75 per person and will take place from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, July 7.
“Who can resist a flaky, buttery fresh-baked croissant? Not us, that’s for sure! Join us for the 3-hour intensive workshop and learn the surprisingly simple techniques for making the quintessential French treat,” the website reads. “Our instructor will walk you through all the steps—from mixing the dough and preparing the butter block to the turning and folding process.”

— Morning Buns (Croissant Dough Rolled with Cinnamon and Sugar)
Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and SLT reminds that the class price is per person.
Classes are 2-2.5 hours, and students work in groups of four.
Students will receive a coupon for 10 percent off in-store purchases the day of class.
