Do you find that you’re often too busy to cook? Well, worry not!
“These flavor-packed dishes go from prep to table faster than you can get pizza delivered,” the website reads. “Learn techniques for creating Greek-inspired soup, spicy grilled chicken and our new favorite food trend: savory toasts.”
The Dinner Shortcuts class will be offered twice; once at from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, March 4, and once more from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Monday, March 5. Each class is $85 per person.
The menu for the class includes:
— Smashed White Bean Toasts with Roasted Asparagus and Sumac
— Greek Avgolemono Soup with Local Greens
— and Za’atar Chicken with Lemon Yogurt
In these 2-2.5 hour classes, students work with professional chef instructors to make interesting dishes sure to delight.
Classes fill at 16 students and participants work together in groups of four. Students will also receive a coupon for 10 percent off in-store purchases the day of class.
