🕐 1 min read

Several Tarrant County agencies are hosting a vendor fair on Friday, Nov. 16 for small businesses, minority- and women-owned businesses, historically-disadvantaged businesses, to have an opportunity to network, attend workshops, and learn about upcoming public and private bidding and contracting opportunities.

The fair will take place from 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. in the gymnasium of the Tarrant County Resource Connection, 2300 Circle Drive.

Early registration is $20 online via Eventbrite, and will be $25 at the door. Breakfast and lunch is included in the registration fee.

Participants will have the opportunity to meet with project managers, contract managers, buyers, vendors and suppliers, while also taking part in a variety of workshops.

Speakers during the luncheon include JPS Vice President and Chief of Staff Scott Rule; FWISD Purchasing Executive Director, Johnathan Bey; City of Arlington Deputy City Manager Jim Parajon; Program Manager of Archer Western Construction LLC Blake Christian; and SVP/Dallas Office Leader for JE Dunn Construction Chris Peck.

A full schedule of events is available on the vendor fair’s Eventbrite page.
