“Because our home office is located in Southlake, Texas, this Del Frisco’s Grille feels like our ‘home restaurant,’” said CEO Mark S. Mednansky in a news release.

“We are excited to extend our warm, genuine hospitality to our friends and neighbors in Southlake and welcome them to Del Frisco’s Grille,” Mednansky said.

The eatery features local favorites such prime chicken-fried ribeye, BBQ beef flatbread, and roasted corn bisque, as well as prime steaks and other selections overseen by Executive Chef Aaron Henschen.

The Southlake restaurant was designed by David M. Schwarz Architects and marks the company’s first suburban, stand-alone Del Frisco’s Grille in North Texas. It features industrial elements and welcomes guests into an 8,000-square-foot, two-story space that contains an exhibition kitchen.
