Sprouts in Hurst set to open in August

Construction is on target for a new Sprouts Farmers Market in Hurst, the first of four stores to open in Texas in the next four months. The 28,000-square-foot store, located at 316 Grapevine Highway, is set to open Aug. 6 at 7.a.m. The healthy grocery chain is hiring about 100 full and part-time employees for the Hurst store. Sprouts plans to open an Arlington location on Sept. 10. New stores also are scheduled to open in Spring on Aug. 20 and in Cedar Park on Aug. 27. The Hurst location is the 15th Sprouts store in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth region. Recently named one of the top five supermarket chains by Consumer Reports and headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, Sprouts Farmers Market employs more than 15,000 team members and operates more than 170 stores in nine states.
