The program began last year with the Alamo Community College District in San Antonio, Lee College in Baytown, Lone Star College System in the Houston area and the San Jacinto Community College District in Pasadena.

The commission said it is adding Tarrant County College District, Dallas County Community College District, Angelo State University in San Angelo, Austin Community College District in Austin, Grayson College in Denison and Texas State Technical College-Harlingen.
