Pumpkin isn’t just for pie and spiced lattes anymore!

“In this special hands-on class, we’ll show you innovative ways to incorporate fresh pumpkin into a variety of sweet and savory dishes,” the website reads.

The chef instructor will show students how to prep and cook pumpkin, hone knife skills and practice roasting techniques.

The menu for the evening will include:
