Join Sur La Table from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. this Friday, Jan. 12, to learn how to make Chicken Soup with world-wide flavor. Tickets for this class are $69 per person.
The menu for the class will include:
— Moroccan Chicken Tagine
— Chicken Pozole
— Tom Kha Gai (Thai Coconut Chicken Soup)
“We’ll show you how to create everything from Mexican pozole to Thai coconut chicken soup,” the website reads. “Plus, you’ll practice making a Moroccan stew that’s sure to chase away the winter chill.”
Students will also receive a coupon for 10 percent off in-store purchases the day of class.
