Sur la Table invites all those with a special someone out there to their Friday, Nov. 3, class – Date Night: Cozy Fall Dinner. Tickets are $79 and the class will take place from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
The menu for the evening will include:
— Red Wine Risotto with Mushrooms and Thyme
— Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad with Dijon Vinaigrette
— Roasted Chicken with Capers, Olives and Roasted Lemons
— and Chocolate Fondue

“Our instructor will walk you through techniques for making the creamiest risotto to perfectly roasting chicken,” the website reads. “Plus, you’ll practice knife skills, learn how to make a homemade vinaigrette and make a quick and tasty topping for your chicken. We’ll finish on a sweet note with a deliciously simple but decadent chocolate fondue.”
