Want to impress family and friends with a traditional Thanksgiving feast but don’t know where to begin? Sur La Table invites you to attend its Thanksgiving 101 class Saturday, Oct. 21, from 6-8 p.m.
“Our chef instructor will walk you through all the essential techniques—from brining and roasting a turkey to making perfect potatoes with creamy pan gravy … you will craft a from-scratch cranberry sauce and we’ll finish the feast with a boozy pumpkin mousse,” the website reads.
The class is $69 per person and the menu includes:
— From-Scratch Cranberry Sauce
— Dry-Brined Turkey with Wild Mushroom Gravy
— Perfect Mashed Potatoes
— and Pumpkin Mousse with Bourbon Whipped Cream
Participants will will work with other students in groups of four and will enjoy a generous taste of every dish.
