Three Fort Worth attorneys named Super Lawyers

A. Lee Graham

Three Fort Worth attorneys are among several Wick Phillips attorneys named Super Lawyers by Super Lawyers for 2014.

The honorees are listed in Super Lawyers, a magazine published by the Minnesota-based industry ratings service.

They are David J. Drez III and Brant C. Martin, who specialize in business litigation; and Daniel H. McCarthy, who specializes in estate and probate law.

In all, three Fort Worth and six Dallas Wick Phillips attorneys have been recognized by Texas Super Lawyers for 2014.

Also named to the latest list are Erika L. Bright, Andrew M. Gould, Jeffrey W. Hellberg Jr., J. Sean Lemoine, K. Todd Phillips and Bryan J. Wick, all of whom are based in Wick Phillips’ Dallas office.

Bright specializes in insurance law; Gould, employment and labor law; Hellberg Jr., appellate law; and Lemoine, Phillips and Wick, all who specialize in business litigation.

“We pride ourselves on offering our clients big-firm skills with the service and attention that comes with a mid-sized firm,” said practice co-founder Wick in a news release.

“Being part of the Texas Super Lawyers list is a strong testimonial to our ‘law with purpose’ philosophy, and our ability to provide superior service,” Wick said.

Chosen annually, attorneys recognized by Super Lawyers have been rated using multiphased process. Each lawyer is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement, and no more than five percent of candidates are eligible to make the list each year.

Super Lawyers, based in Eagan, Minn., was first published in 1991 by Law & Politics. Acquired by Thomson Reuters in February 2010, Thomson Reuters, Legal publishes Super Lawyers magazines across the country. By 2010, Super Lawyers was reaching more than 15 million readers.
