Third North Texas location to feature unique design elements
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille is opening its third North Texas location in February. Originally set to open in late December, utility issues have pushed back the opening. The 10,000-square-foot restaurant, located at 2400 W. State Highway 114 in Grapevine, will be able accommodate about 400 patrons.
“Perry’s has proudly served North Texans from our Uptown and Frisco restaurants for many years, and we are thrilled to introduce another beautiful location to our loyal patrons – and those who’ve yet to experience Perry’s – in the thriving Grapevine/Southlake area,” said Chris Perry, founder and owner of Perry’s Restaurants, in the release. “We’re putting some very special touches in this new restaurant and we can’t wait to open our doors and share them with everyone throughout the area.”
According to a news release, long-time Perry’s fans will notice a new look and feel unique to the Grapevine location, which will incorporate a vibrant color palette in addition to the use of glass, lighting and other textures.
The release states that every design detail for the new space was selected to create an inviting environment that the Grapevine community will appreciate. The restaurant will also feature an open concept, views of Bar 79 through a wine wall and glimpses of the chefs.
The Grapevine location also includes four private dining rooms for groups large and small, to be used for anything from business meetings to expansive family celebrations.
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille currently has two North Texas locations; one at 2000 McKinney Ave. in Uptown Dallas and the other at 2440 Parkwood Blvd. in Frisco.
