UTA having business seminar with Lockheed

Business owners interested in conducting business with Lockheed Martin Corp. can learn the ins and outs during a workshop June 10 from 10 a.m. to noon in the UTARI Auditorium at the University of Texas at Arlington, 7300 Jack Newell Blvd. South in Fort Worth. Topics to be covered during the half-day workshop include the different types of procurement, the rules associated with doing business with a prime contractor as a subcontractor/supplier, the federal registration process of SAM and the Exostar and Supplier Correspondence registration.

Attendees also will learn how to navigate through the Lockheed Martin website and learn some of the requirements needed to support their programs. Handouts will be provided to include current contacts.
