Additional Details: Do you feel rushed all the time? Are you experiencing more daily stress? Is it difficult for you to go to sleep at night? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this seminar is for you! This seminar will offer practical strategies that can be used daily to treat you to daily mental vacations. As a bonus participants are invited to participate in an activity that will focus your mind, rid you of negative emotions, and alleviate stress through a technique called yoga nidra. No sweating or twisting yourself into a pretzel involved in this type of yoga, just a deep sense of calm and relaxation that you will absolutely love! Free and open to the public.
