Brinker International Inc. has promoted Tammy Jones-Still to Vice President, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I). In her most recent role as Senior Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Jones-Still worked collaboratively across Brinker to elevate and strengthen the company’s diversity and inclusion strategies and achieve meaningful results.
She will continue to strengthen and develop a diverse, inclusive and welcoming environment for the company’s Team Members and restaurant guests, the company said in a news release.
“Tammy has a professional and personal passion for diversity and inclusion, and has always been a strong advocate for change,” said Wyman Roberts, CEO and president. “She plays a vital role and continues to demonstrate her ability to lead the charge and fuel our culture by furthering our commitment to a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce. Her progress has been impressive, and I know she’ll continue to drive impactful transformation throughout our organization working closely with our leadership team to develop and drive DE&I initiatives, programs and strategies.”
Jones-Still has a finance background and 24 years of experience with Brinker.

Jones-Still is a graduate of the DiversityFIRST Certified Diversity Professionals program and has served on multiple non-profit boards providing her finance expertise and diverse point of view. She has also served as the Co-Chair for VisitDallas’ Diversity and Inclusion Committee and is the former president of the Greater Dallas Advisory Board of the Texas Diversity Council.
