First-generation pediatric clinic build-out to expand access to care in Arlington
Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP), a national, family-owned construction management and contracting company, recently commenced construction on the interior build-out of a new Cook Children’s clinic in Arlington, Texas. Construction is expected to be completed by Jan. 2026. Located at 451 Highlander Blvd., the project involves the first-generation finish-out of an existing 6,734-square-foot, single-story shell building. Once complete, the space will serve as a pediatric primary care clinic with 15 exam rooms, treatment and lab spaces and a waiting area featuring a playroom for patients and their families, along with staff support spaces such as offices, a collaborative teamwork space and a break area.
“We’re proud to work with Cook Children’s to help bring high-quality pediatric care to more families in Arlington,” said Bob Lemke, Vice President of Operations at Adolfson & Peterson Construction. “Our team is committed to delivering a safe, functional and welcoming space that supports the clinic’s mission of improving children’s health and well-being.”
E4H Architecture is serving as the project architect.
