PRIM Construction is happy to announce they are leading construction on a new showroom and service center for Toyota of Fort Worth. The new dealership is scheduled to be completed in February of 2026 and will be located off Loop 820 in White Settlement, serving the expanding West Fort Worth corridor. The building was designed by Jim Stephenson of VLK Architects. Trent Prim and Coby Brown of PRIM Construction led the pre-construction services over 18 months, conducting a constructability review and working on budgets through each phase of design.
The new Toyota dealership is an 82,000 square foot tilt wall building comprised of a 29,500 square foot showroom and a 52,500 square foot service center. The service center will house 59 vehicle service bays and 5 detail bays. The showroom is designed to be more customer-centric and includes a customer lounge as well as a children’s play area.
“We are very excited about working with Toyota of Fort Worth,” said Trent Prim. “Toyota is a premier automotive brand, and this will be the largest dealership we have constructed to date.”
