Each month on the first Friday, the Modern, Cafe Modern and the Star-Telegram come together and host First Fridays at the Modern in the museum’s Grand Lobby from 6-8 p.m.
There will be live music and cocktails, as well as the opportunity to eat at Cafe Modern in the dining room if you’d like the full menu, or in the Grand Lobby if you’re in the mood for some lighter choices.
After you’ve relaxed with food, drink and tunes, you’re welcome to attend the docent-led, 20 minute tour of the galleries, which will begin at 6:30 p.m.
Admission for the tour is $10, $4 for students and seniors, and free for Modern members and Star-Telegram Press Pass Holders.
