The Fort Worth Museum of Science and History invites all to join them for an evening of learning about nature’s most dramatic phenomena, Thursday, May 10.
The night will begin with the “heart-pounding” IMAX documentary, Tornado Alley, at 6 p.m. in the Omni Theater.
Following the film will be a celebrity lecture by journalist and author, Brantley Hargrove, at 7 p.m. in the Omni Theater. Hargrove will discuss his book The Man Who Caught the Storm: The Life of Legendary Tornado Chaser Tim Samaras, and will be signing copies of his book immediately following the lecture.
Both the film and lecture are free to attend, but registration is required.
There is an additional opportunity to buy tickets to a special wine and cheese reception with Brantley Hargrove, pre-lecture, at 5 p.m. in the Courtyard, where his book will be available for purchase. Attendees to the reception will also receive preferred seating for Tornado Alley and lecture.
