FRISCO, Texas (AP) — FC Dallas is to announce a new naming-rights sponsor for its suburban Dallas home stadium.

Officials of the Major League Soccer franchise scheduled a news conference for later Tuesday to reveal the sponsor that has bought the right to name FC Dallas Stadium in Frisco.

That’s 1½ years after the expiration of the team’s original naming-rights deal with Plano, Texas-based Pizza Hut. The stadium opened in 2005 as Pizza Hut Park.
