One of Fort Worth’s favorite neighborhood hangout is opening a new high profile second location. Jon Bonnell and Ed McOwen are bringing Buffalo Bros, a sports bar/casual family restaurant concept to Sundance Square in 2019, they announced on Sept. 24.

“With more than 10 years of award-winning experience at our first location, we cannot wait to bring an even bigger version of Buffalo Bros to Sundance Square,” said Bonnell, whose Waters restaurant relocated to Sundance Square in 2017. “We are designing the perfect spot for sports fans, families, and everyone in between with this new location. We’ll have pizza by the pie or slice, the best wings in town — hands down — and plenty of freshly-prepared affordable options for every palate!”

Located at the corner of 4th and Throckmorton in the heart of downtown Fort Worth, the 6,500-square foot location of Buffalo Bros will offer Buffalo-style chicken wings, deck oven pizza, made-to-order subs, fresh salads and Buffalo, New York classics like Beef on Weck sandwiches and Sahlen hot dogs.

“Buffalo Bros is known for their lively yet casual atmosphere, and that’s a concept we can get behind,” said Johnny Campbell, president and CEO of Sundance Square. “With their highly rated food and laid back style, we’re excited to add Buffalo Bros’ distinctive flavor to our brand of Texas hospitality.”
