Another Broken Egg Café will add another Texas location when the southern-food inspired restaurant opens on March 13.
Double R Restaurant Group, the largest franchise partner of Another Broken Egg Cafe, will open its third Texas location at The Colony’s Grandscape mixed-used development on that Monday, following some pre-opening charity events.
The daytime café will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Another Broken Egg is one of the fastest growing breakfast and brunch concepts in the nation, according to Double R Restaurant Group. .
“We are thrilled to be entering yet another strong market and look forward to continuing to build lasting relationships with our wonderful guests here in Texas,” said Stuart Ottinger, president of Lafayette, Louisiana-based Double R Restaurant Group. “Grandscape is one of the most unique mixed-use developments in the country stretching 400+ acres. Another Broken Egg Café’s menu includes southern food-inspired fare such as peach cobbler pancakes, cinnamon roll French toast and Bananas Foster Belgian waffles, Huevos Rancheros and biscuits and gravy.
Another Broken Egg Cafe in the Colony at Grandscape will host two sneak preview dining events prior to the grand opening. There is no charge for the public to attend these separate fundraising events, and 100 percent of all donations will go to support:
